Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session to allow time to settle in.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next client’s time.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows freedom of movement.
Pilates is typically practiced in grip socks (available for purchase if needed) but regular socks will do too.
Please leave your shoes and worries at the door.
Kindly switch your phone off or place it on silent mode to avoid interrupting or distracting yourself and your classmates during class.
Most importantly, listen to your body, move at your own pace, and enjoy the practice.
Keep voices low to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere.
Treat all equipment with care and follow your instructor’s guidance at all times.
Wipe down all equipment and props after use with the provided cleaning supplies.
If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your session to protect others' health.
